Hi, I’m Megan. I am a 29 years young certified trainer and fitness nutrition specialist. After 5+ years of weightlifting, I decided to extend my knowledge and passion to others by starting my own business. I started MeganLeighFitness, LLC. in 2018, and have since trained privately and coached women from all over the United States online. My mission is to help women fall in love with fitness.
